Maria Haukaas Mittet

In the spring of 2026, Maria Haukaas Mittet is back with new music, and ready to fill Norwegian concert scenes with warmth, humor and seriousness. The music is made in collaboration with the Tromsø brothers Espen Lind and Geir Hvidtsten, who, like Maria, had the first part of their lives in the north before heading south. With roots in the north and a life in the south, they present both the city girl and the arch-foreigner who lives in Maria. With inspiration from artists such as Terje Nilsen, Trygve Hoff and Lars Bremnes, Maria shares her own stories. Maria Haukaas Mittet is known for her victory in Stjernekamp from 2015, strong Christmas concerts and her solid grip on the audience - and now she is ready to convey everything from brand new music to well-known songs from previous releases.
