Ever since the premiere of their debut single Horses at NRK Stjernepose (which named the song one of the best of 2019), the desert rock beast Slomosa from Bergen has been making waves at home and abroad.
Their debut album from 2020 was rated 6 by Bergens Tidende and 8/10 by Metal Hammer UK, and has over seven million plays on Spotify. In 2022, Slomosa played concerts in seventeen countries, and in the fall of 2023 the band went on another extensive European tour. In the spring of 2024, Slomosa will finally release a new album, and the latest single Rce is currently receiving frequent radio play.
The young Stavanger band Autonomie delivers raw thrash metal inspired by the likes of Sepultura, Slayer and Exodus. They have already released three digital singles, and managed to get signed to Fysisk Format on the recommendation of Vidar Landa (Kvelertak, Beachheads) and Ivar Nikolaisen (Kvelertak,
The Good the Bad and the Zugly).
The big band No September started in 2023. They play self-composed rock music, as well as some covers, including Bastard. The band consists of Asbjørn Raunholm (drums) Daniella Tislevoll (bass and backing vocals) Audun Kaldråstøyl Johansen (guitar and backing vocals) and Didrik Tingvoll Spissøy (guitar and vocals).
